Terms and Conditions

For individual training and education courses booked through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd: 
Any training course booked through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd must be paid for in full before the qualification is granted. Any learner that has booked a course is able to postpone or reschedule their course to a later date, as long as Henley First Aid Pty Ltd is notified more than 14-days from the booked course with no charge. 
If Henley First Aid Pty Ltd is notified of an intention to postpone or reschedule more than 7-days, but less than 14 days, of the proposed booking, the learner will be charged a $15.00AUD reschedule fee.
Any learners who intend to postpone or reschedule and notify Henley First Aid Pty Ltd less than 7 days from their booking, they will be charged the full fee of the course, with no possibility to reschedule. 
If a learner intends to cancel, they must notify Henley First Aid Pty Ltd 21 days prior to their booking for a Full Refund. If Henley First Aid Pty Ltd is notified between 21-14 days prior to the scheduled booking, the learner will be offered a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of the course will not be refunded. 


For Group training and education courses (more than 5 people) booked through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd: 
Henley First Aid Pty Ltd will accept re-schedule request from clients up to 14 days prior to the booking. 
Henley First Aid Pty Ltd will be unable to guarantee the processing of rescheduling within 14 days of the initial booking - however will attempt to accommodate all requests of the client. If the reschedule can be processed, a charge of 10.00% of the total booking will be added to the cost - to a maximum of $250.00
Clients will be able to change the list of attendees up until COB two days prior to their booking. i.e. if their booking is on a Monday, the final list of attendees must be sent to Henley First Aid Pty Ltd by COB the Thursday before. 
Group bookings attract a minimum booking cost of $500.00/day. If the total of your training is less than $500.00, you will still be charged $500.00AUD.
If a client wished to cancel their booking, they must notify Henley First Aid Pty Ltd 21 days prior to their booking. If the client has paid a deposit, it will not be refunded. If the client has not paid Henley First Aid Pty Ltd any money, there will be no fee. 
If Henley First Aid Pty Ltd is notified between 21-14 days prior to the scheduled booking, the client will be offered a 50% refund - minus any deposits paid. Any cancellations within 14 days of the course will not be refunded. 

Henley First Aid Pty Ltd reserves the right to waive all fees in certain conditions. 

When booking a course through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd, we reserve the right to use your logo and feedback in advertising testimonials. If you do not want your logo to appear on advertising material you must notify Henley First Aid Pty Ltd.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and data security is important to Henley First Aid Pty Ltd. We agree to protect and store any of your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. 
For those undertaking training courses through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd, your data will be shared with Allens Training RTO 90909, so that they can process your certification. You will be asked to provide your AVETMISS information when enrolling in the course, this is a requirement set out by the Australian Government for anyone undertaking Vocational Education and Training. Your data will be collected any processed by the Training Desk system, or through Wix.com. These servers are controlled by 3rd parties and not Henley First Aid Pty Ltd.
If you wish to have your personal data removed from the Training Desk System, you will need to provide this request in writing to info@henleyfirstaid.com.au 
Henley First Aid Pty Ltd does not intend to share your personal data with any advertising companies - as we know that this sucks.

If you are purchasing products from the store, Wix.com will process your data through their servers. If you would like more information on how Wix processes your data, please contact them - Wix.com

Henley First Aid Pty Ltd might use your email address for the purposes of advertising a new product, or as a reminder. We also know these emails suck - so will keep them to a minimum, and give you the option to unsubscribe.

Returns Policy

For products purchased from our store:
Henley First Aid Pty Ltd has a no change of mind policy, so please ensure the product is correct for you before purchasing. 

Through Australian Consumer Law, a refund will be awarded to the customer if the product is found to be faulty or have a major flaw. It is up to the customer to alert Henley First Aid Pty Ltd (info@henleyfirstaid.com.au) of any intended returns. The consumer must return the product to Henley First Aid Pty Ltd where a decision on the validity of the claim is made. If found to be a valid claim, a full refund or replacement of the product will be issued to the consumer.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered through Henley First Aid Pty Ltd have to be shipped. Henley First Aid Pty Ltd does not offer collection for goods. 
Product shipping times may vary due to service demands, and Henley First Aid Pty Ltd does not guarantee a product will arrive by a certain date. We recommend allowing 7-10 business days for your product to arrive.
Henley First Aid Pty Ltd strives to get your goods delivered in a safe and timely manner and will utilise a range of carriers where required.
